Design of screw bottle cap injection mold
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at a bottle cap with complex thread structure,this paper analyzed the structural characteristics of the bottle cap with complex thread structure,adopted a hot runner injection mold design scheme,and the melt in the runner maintained a constant temperature.The flow path scheme was optimized by CAE analysis,and a 4-cavity hot runner injection mold was designed.The mold design structure is reasonable,the opening and closing mold action is reliable,the products are smoothly demoulded,the degree of automation is high,the precision of the plastic parts is high,the products can fully meet the customer requirements,effectively solve the defects existing in the current hot runner process,and provide a certain reference for the similar mold structure design.关键词
