Design and Experimental Verification of Cathode for Closed Component Inner Cavity
摘要
Abstract
The irregular inner cavity structure is complex,narrow,and deep,which makes machining very difficult,a cathode design scheme was proposed based on the θ using the UG platform through the analysis of part drawing;In view of the phenomenon that electrolyte on both sides of the machining gap will overflow seriously,resulting in insufficient electrolyte in the middle and"short circuit",COMSOLsoftware is used to simulate the two schemes of the cathode through the liquid hole.Through finite element analysis,comparison,and experimental verification,the optimized scheme met the requirements of electrochemical machining.关键词
