面向射频能量收集的小型化超材料整流天线设计
Design of miniaturized metamaterial rectenna for radio frequency energy collection system
摘要
Abstract
In order to efficiently collect radio frequency energy in space,a new type of radio frequency energy collection system is proposed.Firstly,a monopole microstrip antenna is designed,which is stable and easy to process.Secondly,a metamaterial unit based on open ring resonator is designed based on metamaterial theory.The inner ring adopts meander technology to miniaturize the antenna.Finally,the microstrip antenna is improved by loading the metamaterial unit onto it,which can further reduce the antenna size and improve the performance of bandwidth and gain.The system is composed of miniaturized metamaterial antenna,matching circuit,rectifier circuit and load.HFSS and ADS software are used to simulate and optimize the antenna and rectifier circuit respectively.After the actual processing test,the output voltage of the system at 2.45 GHz is 318 mV,the corresponding maximum rectification efficiency is 13.5%.关键词
