Research on optimal machining parameters of ultrasonic EDM drilling for micro holes based on orthogonal method
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the orthogonal method is used in this study to study the optimal technological parameters of high speed electric discharge maching drilling machine for making tiny holes.The workpiece used in this study was made of titanium alloy and the diameter of the copper electrode was 2.0 mm.In this experiment,the parameters selected to be optimized are:cut-off pulse,maximum current and standard voltage.Orthogonal array L9 was used to analyze the effects of the above parameters on the material removal rate(MRR)and aperture.The optimum discharge machining parameters of hole machining were obtained and verified by experimental results.关键词
