摘要

Abstract

The construction safety of high slope is a very important work in project management.Taking a municipal project in southwest China as the background,taking the creation of technical value to serve safe production as the overall idea,effective measures are taken to form replicable construction management experience of high slope through three aspects:design optimization of high slope,selection of excavation equipment and safety management of protective engineering.To achieve the goal of controlling the safety,quality and progress of the whole process of high slope construction,so as to provide reference for the construction of the same type of high slope engineering.
