Research Progress on Schmidt Rearrangement Reaction of Carbonyl Compounds with Alkyl Azides
摘要
Abstract
The Schmidt rearrangement reaction serves as an effective method for constructing C—N bonds,and has found widespread application in the synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic natural products and phar-maceutical molecules.This review provides an overview of the Schmidt rearrangement reactions involving car-bonyl compounds and alkyl azides,focusing primarily on the reactions of aldehydes,ketones,and carboxylic acid derivatives with alkyl azides.关键词
