自拟中药复方抑制三阴性乳腺癌进展的作用及机制研究
Study on the Effect and Mechanism of a Self-Formulated Chinese Herbal Formula in Inhibiting the Progression of Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effect and mechanism of the self-made traditional Chinese herbal formula in inhibiting the progression of triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).In vivo and in vitro experiments were conducted to assess the impact of the self-formulated traditional Chinese herbal formula on the tumor growth in TNBC mice,as well as on the activity,proliferation,tumorigenicity,metastasis,and expression of related proteins in TNBC cells.The molecular mechanism of action was predicted using network pharmacology and confirmed through experimental validation.The results showed that the self-formulated traditional Chinese herbal formula significantly inhibited TNBC tumor growth and suppressed the activity,proliferation,tumorige-nicity,and metastasis of TNBC cells(p＜0.05).Network pharmacology analysis suggested that the self-formulated traditional Chinese herbal formula may act on the PI3K-AKT pathway,which was supported by Western blot analysis showing inhibition of the PI3K-AKT pathway(p＜0.05).Therefore,the self-formulated traditional Chinese herbal formula exert its inhibitory effects on TNBC progression through the PI3K-AKT pathway.关键词
