摘要

Abstract

Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3(BNT)particles were synthesized by a microwave-assisted sol-gel method.Characterization techniques such as DSC/TG,XRD,SEM,and FT-IR were employed to analyze the reaction process of BNT and the effects of calcination temperature on the composition,grain size,and piezoelectric properties of BNT.The results showed that high-purity BNT particles of 30 nm to 120 nm could be synthesized at a microwave calcination temperature of 650℃,with a Curie temperature of 394℃,a piezoelectric constant(d33)of 7.5 pC/N,a relative permittivity(εr)of 535.58,and a dielectric loss(tan δ)of 0.29.Compared to the traditional muffle furnace calcination sol-gel method,the microwave-assisted sol-gel approach enhances the dielectric properties and Curie temperature of BNT,while reducing the dielectric loss.
