摘要

Abstract

In this study,a pot experiment was conducted with four different levels of melatonin treatment:control group(CK),MT1(100 μmol·L-1),MT2(500 μmol·L-1)and MT3(1 000 μmol·L-1).Melatonin was applied by soaking the seeds for 24 hours.The study investigated the response of wheat yield,biomass of different organs,Cu content and accumulation,Cu enrichment coefficient,and migration coefficient to changes in melatonin concentration under Cu stress(150 mg·kg-1).The results showed that with the increase of melatonin concentration,the biomass and yield at seedling,tillering,heading,and maturity stages initially increased and then decreased,while the Cu content in different plant organs initially decreased and then increased.An appropriate concentration of melatonin significantly increased wheat yield and biomass,significantly reduced Cu content in different organs,Cu enrichment coefficient of grains and leaves,and Cu migration coefficient from stem to grains/leaves,alleviating the growth inhibition of wheat caused by soil Cu stress.Overall,the biomass and yield of wheat at different growth stages reached a maximum under MT2 treatment,while the Cu content in different aboveground organs,Cu enrichment coefficient of grains and leaves,and migration coefficient from stem to grains/leaves reached a minimum,significantly lower than the CK treatment.Compared to the CK treatment,the MT2 treatment significantly increased the biomass and yield of wheat ears,leaves,stems,and roots by 14.5%to 154.5%and 118.7%,respectively,while significantly reducing the Cu content in grains,leaves,stems and roots by 6.2%to 204.1%,and significantly decreasing the Cu enrichment coefficient in grains and leaves by 32.4%to 58.1%.It also significantly decreased the Cu enrichment coefficient in grains and leaves by 32.4%to 58.1%,and the migration coefficient from stem to grains and stem to leaves by 124.6%and 106.5%,respectively.This study demonstrates that an appropriate concentration of melatonin can mitigate the harm of soil Cu stress on wheat production to a certain extent,with the best alleviation effect observed in the MT2 treatment.
