春尺蠖幼虫生防细菌的分离鉴定及杀虫活性测定
Isolation,Identification,and Insecticidal Activity Determination of Biocontrol Bacteria from the Larvae of Apocheima cinerarius

Abstract
In order to screen out the insect pathogens with pathogenic effects against lepidoptera larvae,four suspected pathogenic bacteria were isolated from diseased Apocheima cinerarius larvae,and one strain CH-1 was ultimately screened out for its insecticidal activity using Koch's postulates.The strain CH-1 was identified as Bacillus pumilus based on physiological-biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence analysis.Larvae of Plutella xylostella,Spodoptera exigua,Spodoptera frugiperda and A.cinerarius were then used to determine the insecticidal activity of B.pumilus CH-1.The results showed that both the fermentation broth and supernatant of B.pumilus CH-1 exhibited insecticidal and lethal effects on lepidoptera larvae such as P.xylostella,with the fermentation broth being more effective.After four days of treatment with the fermentation broth,the mortality rates of the third instar larvae of P.xylostella,S.exigua,S.frugiperda and A.cinerarius were 96.67%,100.00%,100.00%,and 100.00%,respectively,which were 40.00%,70.00%,40.00%,and 40%higher than those of the clean water control,and 0%,13.33%,60.00%,and 0%higher than those treated with the supernatant,respectively.The study indicates that Bacillus pumilus CH-1 has potential applications in the control of various lepidopteran pests.关键词
