Abstract
Aiming at the problem of high false alarm rate in fault diagnosis and inability to locate the fault position in the status monitoring system of the belt conveyor in Majiliang Mine,a design research of the status monitoring and fault diagnosis system is carried out.The system is based on CAN and RS-485 bus technology,and the main controller operates based on the LabVIEW platform.The control unit module,control process,and human-machine interaction interface are designed,which have functions of real-time status monitoring,fault type and position diagnosis,and remote centralized control of the belt conveyor.The on-site test results of the system status monitoring,control mode and interlock control,pre alarm and fault diagnosis,positioning,and protection functions show that the status monitoring error is≤2.5%,and the control and alarm functions meet the design requirements.关键词
