老年乳腺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏现状调查及相关因素分析
Investigation and analysis of related factors of cancer-related fatigue in elderly patients with breast cancer undergoing chemo-therapy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of cancer-related fatigue(CRF)in elderly patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for formulating corresponding inter-vention strategies.Methods A total of 76 elderly patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy in Tumor Hospital of Nantong City between May 2020 and May 2023 were enrolled.Their CRF was evaluated by CRF scale.The differences in CRF scores among patients with different clinical characteristics were compared.The influencing factors of CRF were analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis.The intervention strategies were proposed according to the related factors.Results The overall level of CRF in 76 elderly patients with breast cancer was moderate fatigue,including 3 ones(3.95％)with mild fa-tigue,45 ones(59.21％)with moderate fatigue,and 28 ones(36.84％)with severe fatigue.The CRF level of elderly breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy is different in patients with different ages,medical payment methods,family monthly income,main caregivers,TNM stages,sleep status and body mass index(BMI)before chemotherapy(P＜0.05).Multivari-ate linear regression analysis showed that main caregiver,TNM staging,sleep status and BMI before chemotherapy were inde-pendent influencing factors of CRF.CRF was mild in elderly patients with partners and children as the main caregivers,low TNM staging,good sleep status and normal BMI before chemotherapy(P＜0.05).Conclusion CRF is common in elderly patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and most of them are in a state of moderate fatigue.It is recommended to strengthen the management of patients in clinical practice such as psychological intervention,sleep quality improvement,dietary intervention,etc.关键词
