针刺联合间歇性导尿治疗中老年患者宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的临床观察
Clinical observation of acupuncture combined with intermittent catheterization in treatment of urinary retention in middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical cancer after radical operation

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture combined with intermittent urinary catheterization on urina-ry retention in middle-aged and elderly patients after radical cervical cancer surgery,and provide treatment methods for postop-erative rehabilitation of gynecological tumors patients.Methods A total of 105 middle-aged and elderly patients who had uri-nary retention after radical cervical cancer surgery in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from May 2020 to May 2023 were included.They were divided into two groups according to a random number table in a ratio of 1:2:combined treatment group(n=70)and intermittent catheterization group(n=35).The intermittent catheterization group received intermittent catheterization alone,and the combined treatment group received acupuncture combined with intermittent catheterization.The treatment course of both groups was 2 weeks.The total effective rate of the two groups was observed and compared.The changes in the residual urine volume,urinary tract infection,urinary flow dynamics indexes,SF-36 Quality of Life Scale score and Traditional Chinese and Western Symptom Scale score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the intermittent cathe-terization group(95.71％vs 40.00％,P＜0.05).After treatment,the residual urinary volume of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the intermittent catheterization group(P＜0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in urinary tract infection rates between the two groups before and after treatment(P＞0.05);the initial bladder volume of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the intermittent catheterization group,while the maximal urine flow rate and maximal detrusor muscle pressure were higher than those of the intermittent catheterization group(all P＜0.05);the SF-36 Quality of Life Scale score and Traditional Chinese and Western Symptom Scale score of the combined treatment group were lower than those of the intermittent catheterization group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with intermittent catheterization is effective in the treatment of urinary retention in middle-aged and elderly patients after radical cervical cancer surgery,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
