多元化干预措施对老年肿瘤患者PET/CT检查中心理状态及依从率的影响
Impact of diversified intervention measures on psychological state and compliance rate of elderly tumor patients during PET/CT examination

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effects of diversified nursing intervention measure on elderly tumors patients during positron emission tomography(PET)/computed tomography(CT)examination,and provide nursing methods for the treatment of this condition.Methods 81 elderly tumor patients admitted to Xijing Hospital from October 2020 to Octo-ber 2022 were selected.They were divided into diversified nursing group(n=41,blue ball)and routine nursing group(n=40,red ball)by the method of randomly touching red and blue balls.The routine nursing group received routine nursing inter-vention,and the diversified nursing group received diversified nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing group.Both groups were intervened for 2 weeks.The scores of psychological state[Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)]before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.The examination time,examination interruption rate and repeated examination rate,accuracy of PET/CT imaging results,excellent and good rate of PET/CT imaging(based on fi-nal diagnosis)and examination compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,HADS scores for anxiety,depression,and total scores of both groups were lower than those of the same group before intervention,and the scores of the diversified nursing group were lower than those of the routine nursing group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After examination,the examination time,examination interruption rate and repeated examination rate of the di-versified nursing group were shorter or lower than those of the routine nursing group(all P＜0.05);the examination compli-ance rate and excellent rate of PET/CT imaging of the diversified nursing group were higher than those of the routine nursing group(all P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of PET/CT imaging and the accura-cy of imaging results between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing interventions measures may ef-fectively improve the compliance rate of PET/CT examination in elderly tumor patients,reduce the influence of external fac-tors on the examination results,and improve the psychological state of patients during the examination,which has certain clinical application value.关键词
