Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effects of"Tiaodu Anshen"acupuncture combined with Sini powder in the treatment of elderly patients with intractable insomnia,and provide a method for its treatment.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with intractable insomnia treated in Third People's Hospital of Suining City from June 2021 to June 2023 were included in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 51 ca-ses in each group.The control group took dexzopiclone tablet orally,and the observation group was treated with"Tiaodu Ansh-en"acupuncture combined with Sini powder on the basis of the same treatment as the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)score were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(94.12％vs 78.43％,P＜0.05).After 1 week of intervention,the scores of fa-tigue,dreaminess,dizziness,palpitation and inattention of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the same group before intervention(P＜0.05),while the control group had no statistically significant differences in the above scores before and after treatment(P＞0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of fatigue,dreaminess,dizziness,pal-pitation and inattention of both groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After 1 week of treatment,PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the same group before treatment and the control group(all P＜0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,PSQI scores of both groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before interven-tion,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The combi-nation of dexzopiclone tablet and"Tiaodu Anshen"acupuncture combined with Sini powder has a definite therapeutic effect on elderly patients with intractable insomnia.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and has certain applica-tion value.关键词
