Abstract
In view of the problems of long coal cutting time,difficult support in some areas,slow roadway excavation speed and others of deep well comprehensive excavation machine in Wangcun Coal Industry,the deformation law of surrounding rock in different stages of repeated mining is studied.The evolution of surrounding rock stress field and displacement field is analyzed,and the coal cutting technology is optimized in areas with good geological conditions,roof broken stage of working face stage,coal wall cvaing section,or post mining excavation stage.On the basis of the original support scheme,a segmented support scheme is designed,using mudstone top anchor mesh cable beam support and combined support of frame shed and anchor cable.By monitoring the on-site deformation amount and monitoring the mining stress of protecting coal pillars,the results show that the deformation amount of the roadway is basically stable,the overall support effect is good,and the excavation speed is significantly improved.By adopting a segmented support scheme,the monthly footage increases by 34.04%compared to the original scheme,and the production efficiency and roadway support quality are significantly improved.This indicates that the proposed coal cutting technology and support optimization scheme are practical and feasible.关键词
