摘要

Abstract

Use intelligent medical care to remotely monitor stroke patients,proactively call the police,and proactively provide door-to-door thrombolytic treatment to achieve the goal of the golden period of stroke treatment.Reduce disability and mortality rates and improve the quality of rescue.The active stroke emergency system includes intelligent platform,big data collection and monitoring,stroke emergency vehicle,intelligent hardware bracelet,etc.By sorting out the pain points in the existing stroke treatment process,and integrating intelligent medical care with stroke in-hospital first aid into the pre-hospital first aid link,a rescue path using active stroke emergency vehicles equipped with intelligent medical technology was proposed.This system integrates intelligent medical technology,system integration,industrial design and service design and other fields,and establishes a stroke rescue service system from active discovery to door-to-door diagnosis to remote treatment.Conclusion:This system relies on the advantages of intelligent medical big data analysis,remote monitoring and collaborative operation,and relies on stroke emergency vehicles for pre-hospital rescue.It reduces the difficulty of unnecessary waiting for stroke groups before treatment,and to a certain extent achieves earlier treatment.The earlier it is detected,called to the police,examined,diagnosed and treated,the better the rehabilitation effect of stroke patients will be.
