Abstract
In the process of series alumina production,the sintered crude liquid is mixed with Bayer dilution pulp,and then sent to the sedimentation tank after liquid-solid separation,which makes the sintering crude liquid stay in the Bayer process for a long time,and the hydrolysis trend is large,resulting in the increase of alumina loss.To solve this problem,the combined flow mode of the series process is reformed:the dilute tank outside the isolation line is used to store the sintering process,and the crude liquid is directly sent to the Bayer process crude liquid tank,so as to prevent the sintered crude liquid from entering the sedimentation system,resulting in the loss of hydrolyzed alumina,so as to reduce the production cost.关键词
