摘要
Abstract
Considering the prominent problems of parking difficulty and high idle rate of mechanical parking equipment in China,the authors investigated the parking ratio and idle rate in major Chinese cities,and analyzed the number of parking equipment in use,scrapped,disabled,dismantled and cancelled in a southern city as the key research object.The reasons for the low utilization rate of mechanical parking equipment were analyzed from the main aspects of planning and design,construction cost,maintenance cost,safety and experience,and some suggestions are given to improve the utilization rate of mechanical parking equipment from the perspectives of optimizing planning and layout,improving intelligence,applying predictive maintenance and launching shared parking services.Based on the analysis of the development trend of new energy vehicles,the significance of accelerating the construction of parking and charging facilities to improve the utilization rate of mechanical parking equipment is explained.关键词
