Abstract
ZHENFU No.4 1600t floating crane shall be repaired and maintained according to the instructions.The boom cable needs to be replaced,and there are a series of difficult problems to be solved in the process of replacement,such as lifting,fixing,threading and locking nut installation.By decomposing the installation process of the cable system,researching and demonstrating each process,a detailed process plan was worked out,and finally the installation work was successfully completed.According to this plan,the safety and efficiency of operation can be effectively improved through the cooperation of multiple devices at high altitude,which provides a reference for the installation of boom cable system of similar products.关键词
