Design of License Plate Recognition System based on OpenCV
摘要
Abstract
This article focuses on the problem of low license plate recognition rate in reality due to environmental factors such as natural lighting and license plate tilt,and designs and implements a license plate recognition system based on OpenCV.The system identifies the license plate number by filtering,locating,correcting,and segmenting the license plate image.The experimental results demonstrate that the designed license plate recognition system has a high recognition rate and fast recognition speed,which can meet practical application requirements.关键词
