Abstract

Aiming at the fly ash and landfill leachate produced in the process of municipal solid waste treatment,landfill leachate was used as fly ash washing medium to remove soluble chloride in fly ash,and catalytic wet peroxide oxidation(CWPO)was used to treat ash washing wastewater.In the process of dechlorination of fly ash,the effects of solid-liquid ratio,stirring time and settling time on the removal efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen in leachate were investigated.The results show that the solid-liquid ratio is the main factor affecting the COD removal efficiency in the water washing process.Under the condition of the optimum solid-liquid ratio at 1:9,the COD removal rate of leachate is 62.68%.In the process of washing wastewater treatment,the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and H2O2 dosage on CWPO reaction were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of reaction temperature 200℃,H2O2 dosage 20mL and reaction time 40min,the removal rate of COD can reach 90.4%,so that the cooperative treatment of fly ash and landfill leachate was realized.
