Abstract
This paper first puts forward the definition of data governance,briefly describes the data security and data circulation,and explains the necessity of data governance in colleges and universities by analyzing the shortcomings of relevant policies and traditional data governance.Then it analyzes in detail the implementation of Shandong University's data enabling management cockpit,global database construction and college information service system.Finally,the paper puts forward some thoughts on the construction of data system in colleges and universities.关键词
