Abstract
As the level of science and technology in China continues to improve,information technology has been integrated into the development of all walks of life.Therefore,the social insurance business should define the handling of documentary materials and strengthen the concept of service and management of documents when applying information technology to the management of archives.It should also be managed in a refined and systematic manner in accordance with the relevant laws,regulations and implementation specifications of the documents.To this end,this paper will start from the characteristics and advantages of social insurance electronic files,briefly explain the disadvantages of traditional social insurance paper file management,and propose several practical strategies for how to implement electronic management of social insurance business files.关键词
