Abstract

In order to explore how to give full play to the comprehensive benefits of optimal allocation of water resources in water shortage areas and strengthen water resources management,a regional optimal allocation model of water resources with social,economic and ecological objec-tives was proposed.Considering the actual allocation of water resources,the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic AlgorithmⅢ(NSGA-Ⅲ)was ap-plied to solve the allocation model and obtained a set of candidate schemes.Subsequently,by establishing a game theory-TOPSIS evaluation model,the scheme set was filtered to obtain the relatively optimal scheme.Taking Xinzhou-Yangquan water supply area as the research object,optimization allocation schemes for water resources with frequencies of 75%,50%and 25%were analyzed.The results of the allocation cases indicate that the improved NSGA-Ⅲalgorithm and the game theory-TOPSIS evaluation model have stronger practicality in the model-solving process,making the optimal scheme results more reasonable and demonstrating significant advantages compared to other methods.Finally,through analysis of different allocation schemes,it is revealed that the key to achieving sustainable development in Xinzhou-Yangquan water supply area lies in continuously improving the efficiency of water resources utilization and striving to achieve sustainable use of water resources.
