Abstract
This paper proposes a method of determining the clock pulse frequency by software after upgrading the electronic control system of ZJ17 cigarette machine to Siemens S7-1500 PLC,which solves the problem of determining the clock pulse frequency without corresponding hardware in S7-1500 PLC system.The method reads the system local time of the rising edge of N consecutive pulses and does the difference operation,taking the moving average as the cycle time of a pulse,so as to obtain the pulse frequency.The results show that the method can obtain a higher accuracy of the measured pulse frequency and can meet the requirements of equipment control accuracy.关键词
