本文提出一种ZJ17卷烟机电控系统升级为西门子S7-1500PLC后,采用软件测定时钟脉冲频率的方法,解决S7-1500PLC系统无对应硬件测定时钟脉冲频率问题.方法读取N个连续脉冲上升沿的系统当地时间,并做差值运算,取移动平均值作为一个脉冲的周期时间,从而获得脉冲频率.结果表明方法可以获得较高精度的被测脉冲频率,能够满足设备控制精度要求.

This paper proposes a method of determining the clock pulse frequency by software after upgrading the electronic control system of ZJ17 cigarette machine to Siemens S7-1500 PLC,which solves the problem of determining the clock pulse frequency without corresponding hardware in S7-1500 PLC system.The method reads the system local time of the rising edge of N consecutive pulses and does the difference operation,taking the moving average as the cycle time of a pulse,so as to obtain the pulse frequency.The results show that the method can obtain a higher accuracy of the measured pulse frequency and can meet the requirements of equipment control accuracy.
