Abstract
Objective To retrieve,evaluate and summarize the best evidence for the prevention and management of immunotherapy-associated gastrointestinal reactions in cancer patients,providing reference for clinical practice.Methods Clinical guidelines,best clinical practice manuals,recommended practices,summaries of evidence,expert consensuses,systematic reviews and original studies on the prevention and management of immunotherapy-associated gastrointestinal reactions in cancer patients were retrieved from the following professional websites and databases from their establishment to September 1,2022:UpToDate Clinical Decision Support System,BMJ Best Practice,Australia Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Healthcare Center,US National Guideline Clearinghouse,Guidelines International Network,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network,World Oncology Network,US National Comprehensive Cancer Network,Medlive,UK National Institute for Health and Care Excellence,US Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality,Canada Registered Nurses'Association of Ontario,Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer,American Society of Clinical Oncology,Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer,Cochrane Library,Embase,CHINAL,Web of Science,OVID,PubMed,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP.Two investigators evaluated the quality of the articles,extracted relevant data,and summarized evidence based on the judgment of clinical professionals.Results A total of 17 articles were included,including 6 guidelines,1 summary of evidence,3 expert consensuses,3 systematic reviews,1 randomized controlled trial and 3 cohort studies.Focused on the prevention and management of immunotherapy-associated gastrointestinal reactions in cancer patients,23 pieces of best evidence were summarized,covering the following 7 aspects:gastrointestinal assessment,risk factors,baseline screening,diagnostic examinations,drug therapy,gastrointestinal nursing and health education.Conclusion The best evidence for the prevention and management of immunotherapy-associated gastrointestinal reactions in cancer patients summarized based on an evidence-based approach can provide healthcare providers with theoretical support for clinical practice.关键词
