数字经济内涵及测度指标体系研究综述
Research Review of Digital Economy Connotation and Measurement Index System
摘要
Abstract
Digital economy has become a new engine of global economic growth.By combing the existing literature,this pa-per summarizes the basic categories and connotation characteristics of digital economy,and finds that it has the value creation ef-fect of production factors,the media effect of promoting the improvement of industrial efficiency and the optimization of economic structure,and the platform effect of promoting the alignment of global resource supply and demand.The paper selects the main-stream measurement methods of digital economy in the global scope for review and comparative analysis.Due to the differences in basic data acquisition,indicator system construction and theoretical perspectives,the common methods at present include index method,added value method and satellite account compilation.By comparing the measurement value and application significance of these methods,the paper puts forward the basic ideas and relevant suggestions on constructing the measurement index system of digital economy in China.关键词
