女性体质量指数与胚胎倍性及临床结局的相关性
Correlation between female body mass index and embryo ploidy and clinical outcome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze whether female body mass index(BMI)affects em-bryo ploidy to explore its association with clinical outcomes of euploid transfer.Methods:A total of 606 female infertile patients randomly assigned to the PGT-A group were included in this study and divided into four groups according to BMI:underweight(<18.5kg/m2,n=45),nor-mal-weight(18.5～24.9kg/m2,n=407),overweight(25～29.9kg/m2,n=130),and obesity(≥30kg/m2,n=24).The results of PGT-A,pregnancy outcomes of euploid embryo transfer,neonatal outcomes and pregnancy complications based on next-generation sequencing(NGS)were analyzed.Result:The euploidy rates of BMI<18.5kg/m2,18.5～24.9kg/m2,25～29.9 kg/m2 and≤30kg/m2 groups were 70.37%,69.63%,70.00%and 69.44%,and the cumula-tive live birth rates were 82.22%,77.39%,75.38%and 75.00%,respectively,with no statis-tical difference(P>0.05).After adjusting for potential confounding factors,there was no signif-icant difference in embryo ploidy and clinical outcome between the groups.Conclusions:In people with good prognosis,female BMI was not significantly associated with embryonic ploidy and clinical outcomes.关键词
