女性体质量指数与胚胎倍性及临床结局的相关性OACSTPCD

Correlation between female body mass index and embryo ploidy and clinical outcome

目的:分析女性的体质量指数(BMI)是否影响胚胎倍性,并探讨其与整倍体胚胎移植临床结局的相关性.方法:共纳入随机分配至胚胎植入前非整倍体遗传学检测(PGT-A)组的606 例不孕症女性,根据BMI将PGT-A患者分为4 组:体重过低(<18.5 kg/m2,45 例)、正常(18.5~24.9kg/m2,407 例)、超重(25~29.9kg/m2,130 例)和肥胖(≥30kg/m2,24 例).分析四组患者基于二代测序(NGS)技术的PGT-A检测结果、整倍体胚胎移植妊娠结局、新生儿结局及妊娠期并发症.结果:BMI<18.5kg/m2、18.5~24.9 kg/m2、25~29.9kg/m2 和≥30kg/m2 组的整倍体率分别为 70.37%、69.63%、70.00%和69.44%,累积活产率分别为82.22%、77.39%、75.38%和75.00%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).调整潜在混杂因素后,各组间的胚胎倍性及临床结局各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:在预后良好人群中,女性BMI与胚胎倍性和临床结局无明显相关性.

Objective:To analyze whether female body mass index(BMI)affects em-bryo ploidy to explore its association with clinical outcomes of euploid transfer.Methods:A total of 606 female infertile patients randomly assigned to the PGT-A group were included in this study and divided into four groups according to BMI:underweight(<18.5kg/m2,n=45),nor-mal-weight(18.5~24.9kg/m2,n=407),overweight(25~29.9kg/m2,n=130),and obesity(≥30kg/m2,n=24).The results of PGT-A,pregnancy outcomes of euploid embryo transfer,neonatal outcomes and pregnancy complications based on next-generation sequencing(NGS)were analyzed.Result:The euploidy rates of BMI<18.5kg/m2,18.5~24.9kg/m2,25~29.9 kg/m2 and≤30kg/m2 groups were 70.37%,69.63%,70.00%and 69.44%,and the cumula-tive live birth rates were 82.22%,77.39%,75.38%and 75.00%,respectively,with no statis-tical difference(P>0.05).After adjusting for potential confounding factors,there was no signif-icant difference in embryo ploidy and clinical outcome between the groups.Conclusions:In people with good prognosis,female BMI was not significantly associated with embryonic ploidy and clinical outcomes.
