紫果西番莲'满天星'二倍体与三倍体生长生理指标的比较
Comparison of Growth and Physiological Indexes Between Diploid and Triploid of Passiflora edulis'Mantianxing'
摘要
Abstract
Using the diploid and triploid sterile seedlings of passion fruit'Mantianxing'as research materials,we measured the growth and physiological indexes of different annual growth stages,compared the differences between them,and carried out correlation analysis.The results showed that the seedling height and ground dia-meter of the two ploidy'Mantianxing'seedlings continued to grow,showing that the triploid'Mantianxing'seed-lings were smaller in height and larger in ground diameter.The leaf blade length,leaf blade width,and petiole length of leaves at the same position showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing with time.The number of stem nodes of the two ploidies of'Mantianxing'was gradually consistent over time,and the triploid'Mantianxing'seedlings showed the characteristic of short and thick.The soluble protein and chlorophyll contents of triploid'Passiflora'were greater than those of diploid in the measurement period,and the soluble sugar content was less than that of diploid in the early stage of measurement and greater than that of diploid in the late stage.Chloro-phyll a,chlorophyll b,and carotenoids of different ploidy of Passiflora were negatively correlated with seedling height,stem node,and ground diameter,and positively correlated with leaf length and petiole length;however,there were slight differences in the correlation of soluble sugars and soluble proteins with growth indexes.In sum-mary,there were differences in growth physiological indices between triploids and diploids,and differences in the correlation between soluble sugars and soluble proteins and growth indices.关键词
