摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship and diagnostic value of cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),microRNA-21(miRNA-21),and midkine(MK)with the pathological characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Eighty NSCLC patients treated in Nanle Zhongxing Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group,and another 80 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The levels of CYFRA21-1,miRNA-21,and MK in the observation group and the control group were compared,the relationship between the levels of CYFRA21-1,miRNA-21,and MK and the pathological characteristics of NSCLC was analyzed,and the value of CYFRA21-1,miRNA-21,and MK alone and in combination in diagnosing NSCLC was analyzed and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn.Results The levels of CYFRA21-1,miRNA-21,and MK in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the levels of CYFRA21-1,miRNA-21,and MK in patients with squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in patients with adenocarcinoma,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the levels of CYFRA21-1,miRNA-21,and MK in patients with stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ according to the American Joint Committee on Cancer TNM staging were higher than those in patients with stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the levels of CYFRA21-1,miRNA-21,and MK in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the area under the curve(AUC)value of CYFRA21-1,miRNA-21,and MK in combination in diagnosing NSCLC was higher than that of single detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The levels of CYFRA21-1,miRNA-21,and MK are related to the pathological type,tumor stage,and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC,and the combination of these indicators can improve the diagnostic efficiency of NSCLC.关键词
