Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail(PFNA)in the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur(IFF).Methods 80 patients with IFF who were treated in Jiyuan Jigang Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected.They were divided into a control group[dynamic hip screw(DHS)fixation]and an observation group(PFNA),each with 40 cases,to compare the perioperative indicators,trauma stress indicators,excellent and good rate of hip joint function,and complications between the two groups.Results The incision length of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the time of bed rest,operation time,healing time after surgery,and intraoperative blood loss were less than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After surgery,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),cortisol(Cor),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups were higher than before surgery,and the above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of PFNA in the treatment of IFF can reduce surgical trauma,promote fracture healing,restore hip joint function,and reduce complications.关键词
