Abstract
Objective To prepare the nanoemulsion of A.argyi essential oil,improve the stability of A.argyi essential oil,and solve the problem of volatile deterioration and difficulty to long term storage of A.argyi essential oil.Methods The mechanical method was used to prepare the nanoemulsion of essential oil of A.argyi leaves,and the emulsifiers Poloxamer188,Tween 20,Tween 80,the co-emulsifier anhydrous ethanol,glycerol,n-butanol and the proportion of oil-water phase were screened by centrifu-gation.The prepared emulsion was characterized by a particle size analyzer and optical microscope for particle size,PDI,ζ potential and morphology.The water content conductivity method was used to draw the pseudo-ternary phase diagram of A.argyi essential oil nanoemulsion to determine the optimal process.Results The optimal process for the preparation of A.argyi essential oil nanoemul-sion were as follows:emulsifier Polysorbate 188,co-emulsifier anhydrous ethanol,oil phase soybean oil,aqueous phase deionized water,with a particle size of 91.1 nm,ζ potential of-6.63 mV,PDI of 0.225 and Km value of 0.375.After high-speed centrifuga-tion,no-precipitation or phase separation was observed.Conclusion The nanoemulsion of A.argyi essential oil prepared in this ex-periment was easily available and stable,and laid a foundation for the further promotion of A.argyi essential oil.关键词
