摘要

Abstract

Objective To develope a novel fluorescence sensor for the detection of sulfamethoxazole(SMZ)in urine and blood samples.Carbon dots(CDs)embedded silica molecular imprinted polymer was synthesized and fabricated for the selective and ultrasensitive detection of SMZ.Methods The CDs has been synthesized by hydrothermal method by using citric acid and urea as carbon source.The surface of the CDs was covered with MIPs matrix(CDs@MIP)via sol-gel polymerization.In this progress,SMZ,3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)and tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)were applied as a template,a functional monomer and a cross linker,respectively.The synthesized materials were characterized and tested by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-IR)and fluorometry.Results Under optimal ex-perimental conditions,the optical sensor had a linear range of 0-20 μg/mL with the detection limit down to 0.042μg/mL.This probe was successfully used for determination of SMZ in urine and blood samples.The recovery rate was between 86.2%-94.4%.Conclusion The fluorescence sensor based on CDs@MIP can identify SMZ ultrasensitively and the method is simple,rapid,highly selective and anti-interference,which make it suitable for the rapid determination of traces of SMZ in blood and urine samples.This method has a good practical value.
