护肝布祖热颗粒治疗药物性肝损伤的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Hugan Buzure granules in the treatment of drug-induced liv-er injury.Methods Sixty-one patients with drug-induced liver injury caused by antipsychotic drugs were collected from our hospital and randomly divided into the observatlon group(30 cases)and the control group(31 cases).The control group took diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsules on the basis of conventional antipsychotic drug treatment,and the observatlon group took Hugan Buzure granules on the basis of conventional antipsychotic drug treatment.The clinical efficacy,liver function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after 6 weeks of treatment.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,levels of liver function indicators such as alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in the observatlon group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and no obvious ad-verse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Hugan Buzure granules has good therapeutic effectsin reducing the liver function ALT and AST indicators in patients with drug-induced liver injury caused by antipsychotic drugs,which played a better role in protecting the liver and effectively helped patients improve clinical symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,dry mouth and bitter taste.The medication was safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
