Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with intense pulse light treatment in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods A total of 60 cases of moderate-to-severe acne patients admitted to a hospital in recent years were used as the subjects of this observation,grouped by randomization method(digital table method),30 cases in the observation group were treated with supramolecular salicylic acid combined with intense pulsed light,and 30 cases in the control group were treated with supramolecular salicylic acid,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the scores of Erythema Evaluation Scale(CEA)and Trunk Acne Severity Scale(TRASS)before and after treatment,and the count of skin lesions(acne,inflammatory papules,pustules,cysts,nodules).Results After 4 treatments,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the CEA,TRASS score,and lesion count of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of supramolecular salicylic acid in combination with intense pulsed light in the treatment of moderate to severe acne improves the treatment effect,reduces the severity of acne,reduces lesion counts and erythema symptoms more than supramo-lecular salicylic acid alone,and helps to promote healing after treatment.关键词
