Abstract
Objective To explore the refined nursing measures of children with lobar pneumonia treated with fibreoptic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage.Methods 168 children with lobar pneumonia treated with fibreoptic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage in our department were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of random number table,with 84 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received refined nursing inter-vention on the basis of routine nursing care.The treatment compliance,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of children were compared.Results Compared with the control group,children in the observation group had higher treat-ment compliance,shorter time for the disappearance of fever,cough and lung rales,shorter recovery time of white blood cells(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)and CT to normal,and lower incidence of adverse reactions,and the differences were statistical-ly significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children with fi-beroptic bronchoscopic alveolar lavage can help improve treatment compliance,enhance clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of vigorous promotion.关键词
