摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Musk Zhenxin Pills combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease,and to provide a more effective treatment strategy for clinical practice.Methods Analyzed 100 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into control group(n=50,Metoprolol treatment)and experimental group(n=50,Musk Zhenxin Pills treatment on the basis of the control group treatment).The blood lipid level,cardiac function,angina attack,and adverse drug reactions of the two groups of patients were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of blood lipid levels between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)levels were all lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of cardiac function indicators between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)level was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The interval of angina attack in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group,and the frequency and duration of continuous attack were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Musk Zhenxin Pills combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease can significantly reduce angina attacks,improve cardiac function,and its safety is good.关键词
