摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-track specialty nursing combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing in postoperative percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 104 patients with coronary heart disease who received PCI treatment in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected.They were divided into the intervention group(n=52,multi-track specialty nursing combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing)and the control group(n=52,conventional postoperative rehabilitation nursing intervention)using the random number table method.The heart function,exercise tolerance,negative emotions,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)level of both groups increased,and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESd)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)decreased.The LVEF level of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the LVESd and LVEDd levels were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After intervention,the 6-minute walk test(6MWT)level of both groups of patients improved,and the maximum heart rate(HRmax)level decreased.The 6MWT level of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the HRmax level was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of the Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI)and Beck Depression Inventory-II(BDI-II)of both groups decreased,and the BAI and BDI-Ⅱscores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life questionnaires(WHOQOL-100)of both groups improved,and the WHOQOL-100 score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The intervention of multi-track specialty nursing combined with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI can promote the recovery of heart function,improve exercise tolerance,reduce negative emotions,and improve the quality of life.关键词
