Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of narrative nursing combined with cognitive correction therapy on patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 90 patients with schizophrenia treated in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected for the study.They were divided into the control group(given conventional intervention measures)and the observation group(given narrative nursing and cognitive correction therapy based on the control group)with 45 cases each by the random number table method.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scores,and satisfaction with nursing work of the two groups before and after intervention were observed.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in HAMA,HAMD,and MoCA scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,and the MoCA scores were higher than before intervention.The HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the MoCA scores were higher than those of the control group,indicating statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in PANSS scores(positive symptom score,negative symptom score,and general psychopathological symptom score)between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the PANSS scores(positive symptom score,negative symptom score,and general psychopathological symptom score)of both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing combined with cognitive correction therapy for patients with schizophrenia can improve their psychological state,mental symptoms,and cognitive function,and enhance their satisfaction.关键词
