Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of implementing an enhanced nursing intervention model on patients with diabetes undergoing cardiac valve replacement and coronary artery bypass surgery.Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetes who underwent cardiac valve replacement and coronary artery bypass surgery in The Seventh People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 41 cases,by the method of random drawing.The control group was given conventional postoperative nursing methods,and the observation group was given enhanced nursing intervention.The blood glucose indicators,postoperative complication incidence rate,and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2-hour blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin values of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The postoperative complication incidence rate of the observation group(2.44%)was lower than that of the control group(14.63%),with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(87.80%),with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementing enhanced nursing intervention for patients with diabetes undergoing cardiac valve replacement and coronary artery bypass surgery can reduce blood glucose levels,reduce complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
