摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing combined with operating room nursing in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Methods 86 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in Angang General Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing,n=43)and observation group(comprehensive nursing combined with operating room nursing,n=43)by random number table method.The clinical indicators,knee joint function scores,self-care ability,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of autonomous foot hooking,the first time of getting out of bed,and the hospital stay of the observation group after surgery were all shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of each dimension of knee joint function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of each dimension of self-care ability assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing combined with operating room nursing for patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty can improve knee joint function,enhance patients'self-care ability,reduce complications,promote patients'recovery,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
