Abstract
In view of the good application of phosphate flame retardants in cotton fabrics and the new era requirements for halogen-free flame retardants for scientific environmental protection,boron compounds are used as flame retardants with low toxicity and high efficiency.Therefore,a boron-phosphorus-nitrogen cross-linked flame retardant was constructed.This paper attempted to synthesize a halogen-free cotton flame retardant with a P-N-B synergistic flame retardant using inexpensive and readily available raw materials such as boric acid and hexachlorophosphazene in acetone and water system,and partially explored its properties.The results showed that when the concentration of the flame retardant was 150 g/L,the finishing liquid pH was adjusted with NH4OH,the baking temperature was 120℃,and the baking time was 6 min,the residual carbon length of the cotton fabric was 5.4 cm,and the LOI value increased to 43.5%.关键词
