Abstract

Under the annealing process,due to the continuous variation of the thickness of the tailor rolled blank,the temperature change paths in different thickness regions are significantly different,which affects the microstructure and mechanical properties of the tailor rolled blank,and more directly affects its subsequent forming and service performance.Therefore,in order to grasp the performance differentiation characteristics and internal causes of the tailor rolled blank under annealing process,it is necessary to systematically study the temperature distribution and law of the tailor rolled blank during heat treatment.The geometric characteristics of the tailor rolled blank are as follows:the longitudinal length of the thin zone,the transition zone and the thick zone is 50 mm;the thickness of the thin zone is 1 mm,the thickness of the thick zone is 1.5 mm,the difference thickness ratio is 1.5,and the thickness of the transition zone changes continuously without mutation.An unsteady theoretical model of temperature field considering the continuous variation characteristics of the thickness of the tailor rolled blank and the comprehensive heat transfer form was established,and the accuracy of the theoretical model was verified by experimental methods.The results show that in the heating process of the preset annealing temperature of 780℃,the time(75 s)when the thin zone reaches the critical temperature is taken as the end point of temperature measurement,and the maximum temperature of each thick zone is 779.3℃.The maximum temperature difference is 135.1℃,showing a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The maximum heating rate is 21.9℃/s,and then the heating rate of each region gradually decreases and the heating rate of each thick region changes when the heating process reaches 37 s.In order to provide a theoretical basis and effective method for the prediction of performance difference after heat treatment of the tailor rolled blank,the temperature distribution trend and internal law of the tailor rolled blank with time are analyzed.
