Abstract
Based on the multiple streams framework,this paper studies and analyzes the internal logic of the process of vaccine policy changes since the founding of New China.It is found that the problem streams in the process of vaccine policy changes are strong public emotions and related focus events.The government's attitude and the voice of policy researchers and related experts are policy streams.Political streams are the intensification of public pressure and public opinion,the concern of pertinent government agencies,and the impact of global col-laboration.The three streams converge at the"policy window"opening under the promotion of media public opin-ion and policy entrepreneurs.The three streams have all played essential roles in promoting the vaccine policy changes in China.The subsequent formulation and improvement of relevant vaccine policies cannot be separated from any of these streams and should be comprehensively analyzed and improved.关键词
