东帕米尔高原产纤维素酶菌株的分离鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Cellulase-producing Strains in the Eastern Pamirs Plateau

Abstract
In order to screen for strains with cellulase production ability,this study used the rhizosphere soil of plants in the Golden Grassland of the East Pamir Plateau as a sample and preliminarily screened 5 strains using the Congo Red Hydrolysis Circle method,named XY-14,XY-38,XY-39,XY-49,and XY-65.The five strains grew well on CMC-Na medium,and the colonies were round and produced white hyphae.The optimum growth temperature was 25℃.Through the hydrolysis circle and filter paper disintegration test,it was determined that the enzyme activities of XY-38,XY-39 and XY-49 were strong.Molecular identification showed that XY-38 and XY-39 were Comamonas testosteroni strain,and XY-49 was Pseudomonas sp.strain.The growth curve and enzyme production characteristics of the strain showed that the enzyme activity of XY-39 was the highest on the 6 th day,which was 9.33 U/mL,and the enzyme activity of XY-49 was the highest on the 5 th day,which was 10.49 U/mL.关键词
