摘要
Abstract
The development of a compact county medical community is an important measure to improve the allocation and utilization efficiency of county-level health resources and promote the construction of ordered hi-erarchical diagnosis and treatment.Achievements have been made across the nation in the exploration process.However,some problems remain,such as unimplemented construction,lack of systematic policies,incomplete management and operation mechanisms,unfulfilled interactive development,mismatched information support,and neglected public health.The article suggests that the construction of county medical community should further stre-amline management systems and governance mechanisms,strengthen medical insurance support,and collaborate with medical consortia to promote service homogenization,implement integration of medical services and preven-tion,and carry out monitoring and evaluation,providing reference for the sustainable development of county medi-cal community.关键词
