"组团式"医疗援藏援疆考核标准及其对援青工作的启示
Assessment criteria of"medical group"assistance for Tibet and Xinjiang and its inspirations on assistance work in Qinghai Province
摘要
Abstract
According to the requirements of the Organization Department,Qinghai Provincial Party Com-mittee and National Health Commission,the work of"medical group"assistance for Qinghai Province needs to be further implemented.This paper summarizes the history and status quo of the assistance work in Qinghai and puts forward the model and framework of assessmentbased on the assessment criteria adopted in Tibet and Xinjiang,their work experience and the practical situation in Qinghai Province.It is suggested that we proceed from the real-ity of Qinghai,focus on the primary goals and key tasks,establish a joint assessment mechanism involving the as-sisting party and the recipient,and combine both qualitative and quantitative indicators in the assessment work.关键词
