摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant mussel mucin hydrogel dressing(Rmaphd)in wound repair after fractional CO2 laser surgery.Methods 117 patients with atrophic scars of facial acne treated between June 2022 to February 2023 were divided into the Rmaphd group,the recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)group and the control group and 39 patients in each group.All patients were treated with fractional CO2 laser.After the operation,Rmaphd,rhEGF and normal saline were applied separately.The efficacy,ECCA score,duration of symptoms and quality of life scores were compared among groups.Results The total effective rate of Rmaphd group and rhEGF group were 92.31%and 94.87%,respectively,which were higher than that of control group(76.92%)(P<0.05).The postoperative ECCA score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The duration of postoperative pain,erythema and crust was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The Acne-QoL scores were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between Rmaphd group and rhEGF group(P>0.05).Conclusion Rmaphd combined with fractional CO2 laser can effectively eliminate atrophic scar of facial acne,demonstrating potential as an adjunctive treatment in clinical practice.
