低能量DPL联合柳兰提取物治疗面部红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of delicate pulsed light(DPL)combined with epilobium angustifolium extract in the treatment of erythematotelangiectatic rosacea.Methods A total of 48 patients with erythematotelangiectatic rosacea underwent a randomized,split-face study,which divided them into two groups:the observation group and the DPL group.The observation group received treatment with low-energy narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light combined with epilobium angustifolium extract,while the DPL group received treatment with low-energy narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light alone.Treatment was administered once a month for 3-4 months.Before and after the treatment,scores were evaluated based on the total effective rate and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)scale.The VISIA analysis was performed to analyze redness,pores,brown spots,and melanin in the two groups before and after treatment.Additionally,skin elasticity,stratum corneum hydration,and transepidermal water loss(TEWL)were analyzed in the two groups before and after treatment using a multifunctional skin elasticity tester.Patient satisfaction was evaluated during the treatment and follow-up period.Results After 3-4 treatments,the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%(40/48),which was significantly higher than the DPL group's 70.83%(34/48),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The skin image scores of various items in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The skin barrier function indicators of the observation group,including skin elasticity and stratum corneum water content score,were higher than those of the control group,and the transepidermal water loss score was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in any group.Conclusion DPL combined with epilobium angustifolium extract is more effective than DPL alone,providing a better treatment plan for clinicians.关键词
